Dessert - Biscuits - Palets Bretons (Bretagne Region)

From the Brittany Tourism website

The Palets bretons are butter biscuits and are THE ideal speciality for an afternoon snack or to enjoy with a coffee. They are also known as Traou-Mad (which means “good things” in Breton). Golden and thick, these biscuits are appreciated for their generosity and their crunch. And they are easy to make, so let's do it !
