You can also bake your own macarons.
Laurence's macarons
👉 200g de poudre d'amandes - almond powder
👉 180g de sucre - sugar
👉 2 blancs d’œufs - egg whites
Recipe
✔️ Preheat the oven to 180° (Ther 6)
✔️ In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
✔️ Make some small balls.
✔️ Bake the balls 10 minutes in the oven (more or less, according to if you prefer them soft or a little crispy.
NB : You can also make half balls, and assemble them with a cream in between, as shown hereunder.
