This is a delicious dessert which comes from our Italian neighbors. People love it.
Ingredients
👉 3 oeufs - eggs
👉 150g de sucre - Sugar
👉 250g de mascarpone (or crème fraîche épaisse or thick fresh cream)
👉 10cl of Marsala
👉 1 pincée de sel - 1 pinch of salt
👉 12 biscuits à la cuillère - specific biscuits in any supermarket
those are "biscuits à la cuillère", which you'll find in the cookies department of your supermarket |
👉 Cacao non sucré - Chocolate like Van Houytens
Preparation - Step 1
✔️ Separate the white from the yolks
✔️ In a bowl : whisk the yolks and sugar, until thick and creamy.
✔️ Then add the mascarpone and the marsala.
✔️ Beat the egg whites together with salt.
✔️ Add the egg whites into the bowl.
Preparation - Step 2
✔️ In a dish pour the cold coffee on the "biscuits à la cuillère"
✔️Arrange cover the bottom of a rectangular dish (5cm high approx.) with some "coffeed biscuits"
✔️ Add a layer with the mascarpone cream
✔️ Again a layer with the rest of "coffeed biscuits"
✔️ Again a layer with the rest of the mascarpone cream
✔️ Powder with some cacao powder
Preparation - Step 3
✔️ Place in the fridge for 2 hours and served chilled
