Video : 5 minutes arm workout

If you wish to gain mobility with your arms or long, lean, toned arms, here are 5 minutes exercices which you can do 4 times a week.
Material : 2 weights, or 2 bottles of water, or whatever.

Tip : To start with, you can do the exercices with no weight at all. This is already useful !
