What to eat
I'm afraid, you are going to eat a lot if you come to our region.
Meat with the Montbéliard sausage or the Morteau sausage, or Cheese with the Comté, the Morbier or the Espoisses. It is also the region, where they produce mustard (la moutarde de Dijon), some sweets called Anis de Flavigny.
You may also be offered to eat some snails! Try them, some of us love them.
If you like wine, you have good wine, like Chablis or Brouilly. You may also have heard about the Vin de paille and Vin jaune from the Jura.
