Quiche Lorraine - A recipe from the Grand Est Region

How about making a quiche Lorraine ? Very easy to do, and delicious to eat !

✅ The Quiche Lorraine
👉 1 pâte brisée - pastry
👉 150g de lardons - A little like bacon
👉 40cl de crème fraîche - cream (if you wish it healthier 20cl cream/20cl milk)
👉 3 œufs - 3 eggs
👉 Sel et poivre - Salt and Pepper

✔️ Preheat oven to 180° (Thermostat on 6)

✔️ In boiling water, put the lardons.
✔️ When the water is boiling again, remove and drain the lardons.
✔️ Roll out the pastry and place it on a pie plate.
✔️ Arrange the lardons on the pastry
✔️ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, (milk), salt and pepper.
✔️ Add the mixure on the pastry and the lardons
✔️ Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes
