Video : 20 minutes / to compensate the seated position / an easy but rather efficient program

During the quarantine, you may feel some pain on your neck, on your back.
Here is a program which can be done indoor, and not only for seniors !! A good start to compensate these long hours where we all are seated, and not practising sport as usual.
2 versions : a seated one / a standing one
Material : a chair (option) and 2 weights / or bottles of water, or any other things. It can also be cans.
We, at ExpatSymphonie use vegetable tin cans!
