On March 23rd, a new form has been issued. Click here Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire
This form has to be issued each time. You can print it or it can be handwritten with a pen (not a pencil).
Some City Halls make them available at their reception.
From March 23rd, if you go out for sport, you are allowed to stay out maximum 1 hour and at a distance around your home of 1 km maximum.
